I am interested in gene therapies and figuring out how to effectively deliver CRISPR components in vivo to unlock CRISPR's therapeutic potential. My current project focuses on improving Cas9 ribonucleoprotein delivery to the brain, where there is an unmet need for cures for currently fatal neurodegenerative diseases.
